RETURNS

A product which has been added to the cart is neither reserved nor ordered. The client becomes the owner of the goods only after payment.

Returns within 30 days

Our goal is the maximum satisfaction of our customers. If you are not satisfied with the size, colour or visual appearance of the purchased goods, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the product from our site www.nsking.lt. Returned goods must be delivered to the seller within 30 days from the date of receipt of the package.

Refunds within 30 days of receipt of the goods:

• Step 1: Please fill in a return form which is delivered with your package. You can also download it in electronic form here >>>
• Step 2: Return the completed form and take it to your nearest NS KING store along with the purchased goods or alternatively send it together with the goods to the following address: NS King - PC Akropolis, Aido g. 8, Šiauliai LT-78322.

The returned product must not have be used or worn, must be complete with labels and in its original packaging, it is also necessary to attach a copy of the document confirming purchase, either the receipt or order invoice.
Please note: The order confirmation, which is sent via e-mail, is NOT sufficient proof of purchase on the basis of which you can return the item.

• Returning the goods in any other way, except for returning to an NS KING store must be paid for by the client.
• After the returned item has been received and inspected in our warehouse, you will be notified by e-mail address used to make the order. Cash for returned goods (excluding shipping costs) will be transferred to the bank account that was used to pay for the order.
• Money for the returned goods usually arrives in the customer's bank account within 8-10 working days after the confirmation of the return, depending on the buyer's specific bank policies, but no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods by Nittis UAB.

Exchanging goods

• We do not provide an exchange service for goods, but you may return any product that you are not completely satisfied within 30 days of delivery and while the item is being returned you may make a new order.
• Once the returned goods have been accepted by our warehouse, the refund process will begin.
• If you would prefer another product colour or size, please place a new order.

Returns warranty

All our products are guaranteed for 2 years. If you find a manufacturing defect during this period, we will deal with the situation appropriately.

The guarantee does not apply to: 

• External decorative elements of the goods, insoles and laces.
• If the shoe was used for other purposes or worn in unsuitable weather conditions for it, or if the shoes were mechanically damaged.
• If the shoe is worn out physically due to the natural course of usage.
